(Apropos of nothing at all...) You know, one key segment of the voting public that has not been addressed by any of the candidates is the pet parents of America. All the Dem candidates (and none of the GOP candidates) have comprehensive solutions for human healthcare, but not a one has proposed a single-payer system for veterinary care.
It's a shame that in the Greatest Country In The World (tm), millions of pets lack health insurance. Maybe in 2012, candidates will finally get brave enough to address this crisis.
