Iran's Stealth Missile - April Fool?

Could the Iranian Fajr-3 "stealthy multi-warhead missile" being touted everywhere after a speech by Gen. Hossein Salami, the air force chief of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards, be just propoganda and hot air by the Iranians?

Maybe Rear-Admiral Morteza Saffari let the cat out of the bag when he said Iran's Noble Prophet wargames would begin with the launch of a Shahab-2 (Scud-C) medium range missile. It appears to be the same launch, but the Shahab-2 has no such capabilities as are being fearfully spread all over the place.

Notably, the Fajr-3 name has until now been used by the Iranian military to designate a type of artillery rocket carrying only a 45kg payload up to 43 Km - a far cry from a theatre scale MIRVed and stealthy missile!

I think the Iranian military got it's April Fool's joke in one day early.
