As one of my favorite cartoon reads, Asterix the Gaul, comes up on its fiftieth year, the BBC has a warm look at its creator, Albert Uderzo. He comes across as a modest and happy man - may he continue drawing Asterix, Obelix and the rest for years to come. And if you don't know Asterix, then you're missing a treat.
