What worse than plagarism?

When like Joel Stein, you not only steal the concept without the appropriate credit, but you also execute the purloined concept badly. As my favorite marsupial skippy points out, Media Bloodhound did Ann Coulter Mad Libs two weeks earlier and the linked post is much more amusing than Stein's pale imitation.

I might also add that although I don't know whether she has used Coulter specifically, Shakes has been long on record as using the Mad Libs theme to illustrate the ruinous monotony of Bush administration policy. But maybe Stein figures only 'professional journalists' get to claim credit.
