By Libby RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- If you're planning to vote in Virginia's February Republican presidential primary, be prepared to sign an oath swearing your Republican loyalty. It's unenforceable of course and probably arises from a fear that Democrats and Independents will vote for Ron Paul in the primary and then vote Democratic in the general election but it smacks of such desperation that you can almost smell the sweat. |
