I had the feeling that an argument was trying to form in my head when I read some of Andrew Sullivan's posts over the last few days, but it never congealed.
I suppose to continue the metaphor, I should say that Kevin Drum has struck gelatin with his analysis. And yes, the armies of eternal outrage really should be stuffed back under whatever rock they crawled out from.
