I'm with Eric: is the US military capable of occupying Iraq without the assistance of private firms like Blackwater? And what does it say about our military readiness that we can no longer conduct effective military operations without resorting to the lowest bidder?
Also, when the US Attorneys were purged last year, DOJ probably should have thrown this guy under the nearest bus. Ug. My condolences to his wife, who I'm sure can't contain her nausea while thinking of her idiot, vile husband.
