Gonzo To Be Replaced By Gremlin?

By Cernig Over at War and Piece, Laura Rozen has a post about a persistent Hill rumor that says Gonzales is finally going to quit and will be replaced by Michael "The Gremlin" Chertoff. Since Chertoff's contempt for due process and the Constitution is already well documented ( I collected some of it way back when Chertoff was up for DHS boss) this change, if true, will be a case of plus la meme chose.
