Well, it looks like we are officially on our merry way to a needed Constitutional Confrontation.
The House Judiciary Committee just voted to issue contempt citations to Harriet Miers and Josh Bolton. (via TPM Muckraker) They'll refer the contempt citation to the rest of the House at the end of August from which it will then be referred to the US Attorney for DC at which point we get a prosecurtorial discretion F-U to the House and we go down the inherent contempt line unless George W. Bush backs down on his unitary executive claims.
