I'm intruding on Cernig's territory here but I saw two things I want to punch out:

Digby asks a great question about the media: "Don't you think it's a little irresponsible for the press to fail to report all the good news in Glasgow today?"

Phoenix Woman is linking to an article on a switchover of ethanol from kernal to stalk feed sources:

"By adding cellulosic production to an existing grain ethanol plant, POET will be able to produce 11 percent more ethanol from a bushel of corn, 27 percent more from an acre of corn, while almost completely eliminating fossil fuel consumption and decreasing water usage by 24 percent."
