Steve Clemons says it is, and if so that's very good news for the world. Still no official word, though.
If it is true, then this is a huge nail in the neocon coffin. When the current administration finally shuffle off to permanent brush-clearing duties on their retirement ranches, the neocons will be lucky to pack their political supporters - from either party - into a phonebooth.
