Political Fib of the Day - Pro-Life Texas

Texas is a state where life can be very cheap indeed. Recent cases of execution and long-term imprisonment on death row where the victim proved innocent after the state didn't want to hear it might have made a mistake are shocking. But in Texas, the graves of the executed do not even get a name, only a number. It says a lot about the mindset, I think.

Deaths
Fire
Arson
Convicted
Junk Testimony
Executed but Not Guilty

Earl Hart III, gnostinews.

Earl writes "My personal view of the death penalty is that it is an extraordinary punishment and should require extraordinary proof. Punish the truly guilty if you must, but be sure of it."

What do you think?
